At Drifting Breeze, every product is handmade in small batches with care. Due to the nature of our products, we’re not able to accept returns on opened or used items.

However, your satisfaction matters deeply to us. If there’s an issue with your order — such as damage during shipping, an incorrect item, or a defect — please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package.

We’ll gladly offer:

A replacement (if available)

A store credit

Or a full refund (on a case-by-case basis)

Please note:

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

Items must be unused and in their original condition for any exchange or return consideration.

Sale items and custom orders are final sale.
